This policy explains the data Mellow bots process when used in Discord servers.
1. Data We Process
- Discord identifiers for servers, channels, roles, users, and messages when required.
- Server settings, selected roles, and enabled protection systems.
- Protection, moderation, and ticket records.
- TikTok usernames, approval status, live-alert selections, and public live status.
- Welcome settings, images, text, and operational statistics.
2. Why We Use Data
We use data to operate features, protect servers, process tickets, send notifications, customize welcomes, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
3. Message Content
Mellow Security reads messages where protection features are enabled. Content is not used for advertising. Direct messages to Mellow TikTok are used for requested account registration.
4. Storage and Providers
Operational data is hosted on Railway. Discord events use official Discord APIs. Public services may check TikTok live status. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while needed to operate the service. Server owners may request deletion. Temporary backups may be retained for recovery and security.
6. Security
We use scoped permissions, access lists, separate secret storage, audit logs, and backups.
7. User Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Ownership may be verified first.
8. Children
The service is intended for people old enough to use Discord under its terms and applicable laws.

We may update this policy when functions or legal requirements change.
